Andrew's talk at Stanford is one of the best of the whole series. Highly focused and succinct summary of what really matters in laying the core foundation for a successful venture. I completely and instinctively agree with his positive views on mentoring up and down. Wherever you are in your career, and experienced mentor to help navigate "You Inc" through rough or murky waters is utterly invaluable.
